Has anyone seen the "gainful employment" reports for Zenith schools? Zenith should have received the reports in October and they had 45 days to respond. The reports are supposed to be made public in January, but I haven't heard a date. Apollo Group/University of Phoenix has already announced that they are closing 16% of their programs, but I would imagine Everest is much worse off.

Parts of the gainful employment rules do apply to Zenith, but not all. For example, part of the gainful employment regulations prohibited new ATB students. Existing ATB students can still enroll and receive Title IV funds.
Some parts of the gainful employment regulations apply to both for-profit and not-for-profit.
Also "not-for-profit" does not mean that the school cannot retain earnings. That's not at all what "not-for-profit" means.
The gainful employment rules don't apply to Zenith Education. Those rules only apply to for-profits to which Zenith Education is falsely listed as non-profit. Rules mean nothing to Zenith Education/ECMC.

The education system is America is at an all time low. Parents are lazy and stupid and the public education system is bogged down in paperwork, training, new (worthless) guidelines, and promoting a United Nations agenda of Socialism. It would be refreshing to read something on social media that included grammar and intelligence instead of the moronic attitudes and stupidity of the average American.
@KGsoLLL-1vht, I am examining US higher education and its source for human capital: the US K-12 educational system. I started with Corinthian Colleges and other "subprime colleges" several years ago and continued to monitor Zenith, EDMC, Apollo Education Group and others over the years. To me, Zenith is an indicator of the meltdown in US higher education--something that is being systematically ignored by the mainstream media.

Percentage wise, I'm not sure there is worst waste than Everest of federal tax dollars. It is a complete waste for a worthless degree and worthless classes. No value for the buck at all there.
Someone is lonely in their office and hoping for the best due to lack of skill to find a real job. I think the reason he is commenting may be due to the idea in fact that schools are putting out very poorly educated students. When you dispose of the most experienced teachers, keep what you can that will smile hug and be friends with the students rarely teach the students what you end up with is a poorly educated individual that is now out in society and about to cost a business a great deal of time and money with the idea they actually got a good education.
Why are you still here? Do you not have a life outside of this fascination with CCI/Everest/Zenith? If the schools fail or succeed, how will that change your life? Do what thousands of students and staff have done and move on. If you are so interested in taxpayer dollars being wasted, there are so much more waste/fraud/abuse than Zenith. Why don't you investigate the VA, EPA, or heck the UC school system? Will Zenith be around much longer, who knows but you will not be a part of it being shut down or closed. You are not special and you are not a big deal no matter how much your mom keeps telling you.
