I was smelling all day because of this dream. I still recall some details in the dream.
From the business point of view, The first thing I would like to do is to shutdown all the R&D facilities in US early next year and let my Asia sites do the job. My US sites will focus on SSD. I admitted this move is cruel but I have to do it for the board, a bunch of people who are very keen of money.
The next thing I'd like to do is for my employees, for those who had dedicated their careers and lives to my company. I could seriously consider to give away some of our cash to them, a lot of cash that they had made for the company. I strongly feel that way, especially when I saw their grey hair, wrinkled face and sad eyes...
