"Whose" is a possessive pronoun that is very much out of place in your sentence. It seems that the contraction "who's" (meaning who is) would be a better fit.

Watch your employees Christmas week. Some will be very busy going to vendors so the can get their gifts . One man makes a point of it . He promises you the moon . Hunting trips , golfing games these are the companies getting the work .
