Can anyone validate the 5 days furlough and 2% pay cut for 2016?

I was a UTC employee and can confirm the 5 day furlough and 2% paycut in 2016.
Much appreciate your input. Was there any furlough or pay cut in '16? I'm pretty sure that I read 2016 and not 2017.
