Seems the new HR Director is worst than the previous one, she predicted that this day is an official holiday and based on that she closed all NOV offices in the UAE !!! Looks like NOV is okay during this downturn and they dont need any additional reveniew . Even public sectors were working normally , not sure what she did to get this Position :)
