I am a former employee and I was there for 20 years. I was forced out. I was thrown underneath the TFS bus by people who have no intelligence and were frightened by all that I knew. I feel for those who work hard and are not appreciated. I have happily moved forward in my life, There were so many people who were great to work with. Wat too much favoritism and stupid, yes stupid people who are in management.

Worked there for 23 years and had a mangers girlfriend (who was also married) become my boss she was a bastard. They did everything to make my life a living hell. I was the department manager when this occurred. I was let good after five years and at the nice age of 55 along with 10 other employees the same age. Odd that all my evaluations were exceeds until my new boss arrived on the screen.
This company is cut throat and does not care for its employees to this date 3/2108.
I bounced back and got a much better job after this occurred. Employees that I knew stated that I was the lucky as they were still there
I was a former CSR before Thermo bought them and was overloaded with calls. Watched and micromanaged all day long. The managers did nothing but just that. Gossip and Kissing up to the bosses. Too bad because I had gained so much knowledge. Never appreciated and left years ago.

I left because I was underappreciated as the first person said. I am happy now. many projects were pushed/pulled to India.
I'm currently feeling underappreciated and used in my current position. It's only a matter of time before I leave this company for good!
laid off by TM today,HR eent to me directly,manager didn't show up. The projects i was on still hiring temps, howevrr, by all those indian header hunters Most of the projects are done in indis now and controlled by those guys
that place is full of back stabbers everyone there just for the money advice to anyone who reads this if you got screwed and got laid off ...go to a company with 100 hundred employees or less and no stupid kaizan or the 5 S bull crap smaller companies treat you like family before thermos bought the company I worked for it was great then they came along ruined my life

they did the same thing to me Tewksbury all brown nosing they even assign titles such as engineer to people who have no schooling just to pay them big bucks bizarre company your much better off don't need the stress or frustration everyday ps I had over 30 years experience in all aspects of electronics
welcome to the club exact same situation 10 years employment because I didn't kiss fat slob managers behind before thermos bought the company it was great after the buyout it s---ed good luck your better off eventually thermos will be broken up and go away
