I have been working in AECOM for more than eight years, long enough to come with peace with a fact that here I'm just a number; can't even begin to count how many colleagues I've seen being pushed out, and I'm always prepared for the worst. But the one thing I still cannot get my head around is that this short-sighted management always tries to get more profit by cutting overhead, which only creates more and more inefficiency. Are they deliberately creating this vicious cycle, or they are just incompetent?

was part of URS they destroyed what we had going partly I believe because they were bit jealous of how well it was going. They demarcated us for a year then ran new numbers and made us look terrible. Its about the higher ups making bonus and whatever kick backs are going on. Unethical bunch to say the least.
