Look at the third quarter report and then the day that the stock dropped on its a@@. In fact look at the stock report for the year and the three major drops. They all coraspond to the quarterly reports. Sadly WFT is not doing well. Hopefully the 12th floor figures it out or leaves and let's someone else.
Anytime a company halts trading just to reassure "everything is fine", you can guess everything is probably not fine. Smells like blood in the water.
Look at the previous comments... It's probably the markets reaction to GE JV with Baker Hughes and implications that it will have very negative effect on WFT operations. But it could also be another scandal in accounting that has not been publicly announced yet.
