Stay Away! The leaders are not leaders and are the same group of people that have been in the same retail industry for years. Can't attract inspiring people at the top from different industries to bring in different ideas. No new thinking and will be obsolete soon.

Just found out my job was eliminated with a PHONE CALL.
Not a face to face meeting 8 years of hard work are meaningless.
Chicos is probably being sold , hope to a better compamy.

Yes. We are good at attracting execs from bankrupt companies to prepare for ours in a few years.
