For those of you that don't know MIP = Management Incentive Program
McKesson rewards inept management.
McKesson unleashes hurricane force destructive winds against employees that do the work and question their ways.
McKesson's corruption dates back to HBOC days. Just google search it. Massive legal action taken against this organization. Should happen again.
Oh..... and whoever posted they care about thier MIP. Very gross! That is why this company has failed at software development. You need to be let go without MIP, without severance, and without unemployment! Management is so corrupt in this organization. just read the comments and do your homework and research this vile organization!
I love my jobs and I pretend iCare..... as long as my MIP keeps coming to me.
I continue to do nothing at all and get paid. I haven't been to the office in months but I act busy to others. Love my job and don't tell me otherwise.
The last, 5 years maybe, I've had to work really hard to treat my job as "just a job".
It's really hard. I want to see our products succeed and I want to see our customers succeed. I have so much passion to inject into my work, but my work is the wrong place for it
