This Company where employee loyalty and respect was tossed out the door; cost cuts to turn CSC around which is driving into another ditch; no employee rewards and what is offered is very subjective, no service rewards (how cheap can you be!), no raises - even if rated out performing, annual reviews are only necessary in order to keep your job and new rating system kicks 40% of the workforce into under performing grade, COE and Execs still get their bonuses. No time for training to grow with new technology, you are on your own - spend training on your time. How can this company take $4 billion from the USAF and not give them anything in return; be ashamed of being a employee and be angry at taking our money (taxes) to fund the project where it couldn't be delivered.
Fire the Board of Directors and the Execs that don't have a clue; just follow the organizational chart for starters; for hiring Mike and giving CEO compensation out of this world (great for employee morale - way to go); for observing the corruption of the last president and execs which were investigated by the FTC and did nothing about it. Mike gutted (excuse - RIF'd) experienced personnel - oh that's ok we will attract new talent - just note they will leave in 2-3 years and then you're in a spiraling KT (knowledge transfer) cycle until nothing is left to transfer; you should focus on keeping the experienced resources rather than going cheap;how can you when benefits are continually to be reduced ; . CSC has lost the respect and loyalty of the employees because a small few think bigger is better (HPE will show you) - you've lost that battle as well. Oh we can make it better, just take the survey so it is known where or what are the problems - you need a survey to figure this out ? Yes, just keep doing the surveys as MGMT will hope the law of averages points to a positive outcome.
