How can any supervisor and Manager come to work every day and watch their reports just standing around on their phones every day with nothing to do? Not just recently but for the last two years! How can any adult be satisfied with coming to work and take money for doing nothing? Email, bathroom breaks, gossip, football, that's our job now. Somehow I am thinking the future here is not so bright. Where did the integrity of this company go?

There is so much uncertainty in this place.This is not a place to work if you want to be respected by by your boss Very arrogant attitude from upper management in several areas I have worked in. Salary gap between the management and non management is huge. Management personnel feels really good about themselves, they seem to have no idea how disrespected they are by their by the people that work under them. They are clueless.Perhaps they might try to lose the arrogance. Although rare, they can be laid off too!
Horrible place to wok. Filled with losers and
Nazi's for supervisors. Layoffs and stress.

Is there a way to transfer out of that area/
