The only chance CSC employees have is to unionize and unless you get job security or fair severance packages, Strike. MiKe and his boys would get a taste of their own medicine. Customers would re insource and CSC would CLOSE. MiKe and his boys would be unemployed wouldn't that be justice.

Quit CSC all. There is nothing here. 6 years and my account will not get renewed now. Holy Mike, holy sh--.
Project might not get renewed any further. Just want to quit anytime. Can't hang in here any longer and go down with this piece of sinking sh-- called CSC.
Severance package is the talk of the month. I would consider it and quit straight off the foreign land any time to join another company that can live a little longer. Who would want to go down with the sinking piece of sh--?
Yes, unions really are just a cesspool. Their original intent was brilliant and it really changed the market for the better. Now there are just so many negative things associated with unions. So here we are with no unions, no protection from state/fed (socialism), and "crappy" working conditions. Your only remediation in a purely capitalistic society is to find another job, though that becomes a lot more difficult when there is a glut of available workforce. The Black Plague created the middle class as the number laborers were vastly decreased and they were valued more. Conversely good healthcare, plentiful food, communication, basic education, cheap energy, and reduced labor requirements will destroy the middle class. Face it, a perfect society just doesn't need people.
Pushing for unionization is a really bad idea. Most unions outlived their usefulness decades ago and now cause more job losses than they protect in a globalized economy. Just ask the autoworkers or steelworkers who once had some of the strongest labor unions in the US. GM cars are now built in Mexico not Detroit, and construction projects use steel from China not Pittsburgh. It is not the 1950's any more, a union would hurt more than it would help.
Yeah, as much as I hate what the company is doing, unionizing is not the answer. Just look to Detroit to see what happens when you do that.
no thanks.
Yeah, brilliant plan. Forced out of my job by my own efforts.
It's thinking like that that made British manufacturing the shining non-entity it is today.
No thanks Mr Genius.
