I'm getting that "Bill Agee" feeling from the old Morrison Knudsen corporation that was a staple of Boise business from years ago. New outside CEO comes in from another state; knows nothing about Boise, Idaho, or the people that live here. He does not even live here. Takes gobs of money; brings in his old cronies from Sandisk travels all over the world, stopping in Boise occasionally. Changes things immediately; lays off workers, and will leave shortly with a large severence parachute package, and the search will be on again for a new CEO. Just saying................

There is no more work to be had in this department. If you need to be busy again get a degree or move to China.
We are very slow here too. We can easily accomplish any work we have to do throughout the shift with at least six less people. Are work is shrinking all the time and they still keep the same amount of people just to stand around. I don't understand.
Micron wants your job overseas and they are willing to pay you to do nothing until they can accomplish that goal. How long are you willing to put up with that?
Management doesn't want to do anything because they don't want to stir anything up. If there are people coming to work doing nothing and getting paid for it that's just fine with them. Leadership is not concerned about the company and what is best for the company. They are only concerned about the company "over all" when it's layoff time. Until then they will waste the companies money all they want.
