Technip doesn't care about the employees they are only after technology and intellectual property rights, they are a pure engineering company who doesn't like owning things. everything can be rented even employees. Their position has always been if you don't like it leave,

I wonder if Technip is having second thoughts about this acquisition proceedining, now that they have a better idea of what they are getting or just as important, what they are not getting (all the experienced seasoned vetern employees that were dumped to improve the financial picture ) we will see
