I heard that our Home Office Financial Aid ha been packaging only 25% the students for some time and that's another reason why we don't have paychecks. I don't know what y'all are doing at corporate but how is it that we've been starting students or have students who are not 100% packaged?

Simply: The campus needs to obtain all documentation necessary to package a students Financial Aid. If the campus doesn't follow through, Home Office FA hands are tied.
Don't believe that - it's not possible with the regulations.
Packaging means awarding aid -federal grants and loans- on the students accounts. The original comment here is not true. The campuses package the aid-there are goals that have to be met. But packaging does not mean requesting money from government sources. The corporate office in Colorado does that part.
I am a vendor who has not been paid in 5 months and still offer service in hopes they can pull through. What exactly does " packaging Students" mean?
Definitely not true.
That can't be right.
