Beware of CSC's practice of violating Overtime Rules, and making other illegal changes in FLSA classifications to avoid overtime. They have systemically lowered pay levels for workers and their job grade levels, without making any change whatsoever to the employees job requirements, thus violating overtime requirements, either for the current "job" or the past "job". The Department of Labor has nailed them in the past, and there is no reason to suspect that current management has a clue about the law, thus they most likely are violating the law again.

They ARE DOING THIS AGAIN! This time, in Rhode Island. Just got my new marching orders...my job duties are very clearly "exempt", including my pay grade, but the new status is non-exempt.
Many companies are being sued on this right now - CSC is not the only one
If you work, you should be paid
there is an class-action OT lawsuit filed against CSC right now.
With each conversion or lift and shift, several areas are on mandatory overtime. This could all be avoided if the company didn't make promises to clients they know they can't fulfill only to get the business on the books. Create a true conversion team to manage new business, price it right from the beginning and actually listen to the people who are ultimately responsible for doing the work. Going in blind and greedy gets the company nowhere and more and more talent walks off the job.
