We have had redundancies every year for the past 4/5 at least. No pay rises. You get no training unless you are in a pod. Management don't seem to care themselves anymore. No career advancement. Appraisal system is non existent now, or maybe that's just our manager. Trying to get out, but having been deskilled so much over the past, as you are put in a box, I would struggle to get an junior entry level role, let alone a senior role.

I have seen similar issues. I've escalated items to my managers, but managers change every few months and no one cares to follow through with helping employees grow their careers. I'm leaving CSC as of tomorrow because they just simply do not care for their employees.
And to whoever said it might be an issue of overpaying employees, I can guarantee you that is not a problem with most folks at CSC. I'm leaving to get paid TWICE what I make at CSC after years of no raises.
When you hear phrases like "You own your own career development" that's Company speak for we don't provide any training or career advancement. In professional environments training is a partnership between the company and employee. Yes the employee has to be motivated and willing to put forth the effort, but in the case of CSC all training is on your own time and at your own expense. Learning new technologies in a vacuum can only get you so far.
That's nonsense - a company can't deskill you - you should own your own development. If you believe that you would struggle to get a junior role in another company with your skills, perhaps you are part of the wider problem of some people being highly overpaid within CSC.
Fix the problem by escalating your issues to your managers peers.
Coming on here complaining isnt going to get you anywhere apart from more frustrated.
Not just your manager. Appraisal process has broken down across the UK organisation, I believe due to the pointlessness of it all. There are no bonuses, pay rises, development or promotion so most don't bother. Most just try to look after the customer as best they can while trying to operate within an organisation that's extremely difficult to work for.
