No layoffs and stock going up in America things are going great at syntel.
Are freshers safe than? If worked for a year?
the age old middle order managers failure is the reason for this bad situation. unless half of them are kicked out the culture will not change. many have become so corrupt, they collude with Hiring and recruitment team in collecting money for clearing candidates .
these are the folks who mislead the top order, they made huge money n 2015 layoff my replacing experienced folks with freshers and claiming cost savings and lean and ultimately messing up many projects.
It should be top order this time if there is learning.
