Thread regarding Alorica layoffs

Not a good experience, layoffs and job cuts in 2017

If they lose customers you will lose job - Alorica is really poorly rated if you look on Glassdoor - they do not pay that well and they are also having layoffs if they lose accounts they cannot keep you employed.

If you are smart, get a degree and go do something else, I was on the customer support side and it did not pay well and I was let go.

I was laid off after 7 years it was part time work at home I need a letter regarding why we were let go its hard to get in touch with anyone .
