We have had layoffs in 2015 and this year as well. The most recent round of cuts took place two weeks ago, and it's so unstable now that it's impacting everyone. People are really disappointed and our morale is at all time low.
I am a veteran of the industry and I know that cuts have to come from time to time but overall here at CSC it seems that nobody cares about the worker and really all is just a numbers game. I am entering my 6th decade and I do not want to change jobs again but it seems to me that I will have to very soon.
