Worked as software engineer for NOC for two years, it would have been the best experience in my life if it weren’t for those short-sighted managers. They simply do not care about anything else but their own agenda, and do not value skill and experience at all. Couldn’t resist the feeling that they underpay the best performers on purpose so that they would leave on they own. Still have some regrets for leaving, though; some of the best work colleagues one could have.

I worked as a IT/Software Engineer on Social Security Administration project on behalf of Northrop Grumman. Northrop Grumman constantly forced me to extend the deadline, hide the facts and information and not deliver on time just to continue billing incorrectly to the customer.
I also noticed Northrop Grumman scares goverment customers that it would complain about them to their higher up if they don't fund their project.
My managers abused me many times because I refused to compromise on ethics. I had brought the issue in front of CEO but nothing changed. It is very unfortunate.
I agree. I worked for NGC several years ago and the leadership was great. Now management is absolutely horrible. I really like my job, however the toxic environment is miserable. I will leave first chance I have.
At which site were you working?
You are right, the managers would not recognize a talent even if it was a front of their noses.
