Lay-offs started in Erie again, 4 in the IT department so far.

That safety bonus was $1000.00 not $100.00
there was a bunch of safety bonus money not paid out to some of the Erie people, all the people laid off in December 2015 with two weeks remaining, didn't get their money for any the 50 of 52 weeks they contributed to the safety program, the fishing club members and a select few who got cherry picked to stay(Erie Fishing Elite Club) two more months or a few longer still there got the full $100.00
As long as Erie can report to Houston that the Effort was there then I'm certain that they'll be OK with that. Maybe ask for a makeup exam or extra credit project to make up for missing the goal.
Would think that with all the restructuring and by replacing experienced people with interns that making year end shipment goals would be a given. We all know how little effort the dedicated people with 20 plus years experience put into making shipment goals. Especially the year end one. It all just happened magically by itself somehow and we all went off to a Holiday party and celebrated. Spent our bonus money on Christmas gifts.

Those transplants can't be Big A's buddies or friends because people like Big A don't have any buddies or friends. They are most likely just hired hitmen just like the Big A is.
Don't forget the fact that Big A is bringing all of his buddies from down in Houston to "fill positions" up here. I'm sure they will save us.
