Saks owner Hudson Bay was thought to want the company. That would have led to up to 3000 more layoffs...There was no way that could happen..too much debt ....not a great outcome likely..Neimans is advertising for low paid holiday help however...As it is about Christmas season. Its highly unlikely new layoffs will occur til after the New Year...Any will be very small as over 700 have in just the last year.. Hope this helps as the company is never trustworthy

If they did that it would be a disaster.plus Saks is overloaded in expansion....So glad that junk merger isn't going to happen..thanks for telling everyone ..
