Hahahaha, you really think you are owed severance? No company is required to pay a severance package. You are such a fool, no wonder you worked for ITT.
It basically says ITT can change any policy at any time with or without notice...other than that you can count on them to meet their obligation.
I have a copy of their severance policy but it's not worth the paper it's written on.
