I was a QMT with 38 years and I got 8 weeks severance when my job was eliminated in March.
Does anyone know what the severance pay is for a Store manager that has worked for the company 30+ years?
Full time associates that are laid off get 1 week for every year they worked at a max of 8 weeks. So 18 years would qualify for the max payout of 8 weeks.
