I'm so tired of being told we don't have enough blue light overrides when there are literally NO customers in the store. We make the announcement and stand with the rolling blue light for 15 min and not one person walks by. Now we are blue lighting penny merch and short date just to try to get our numbers up. Anyone out there being told to use blue light code when ever you override something to get your numbers up? I've been waiting for it and it would not surprise me at all.

We bluelight anything that we have an overstock of. Shampoo, toilet paper, suntan lotion, candy, socks, whatever. Keeps our numbers up and gets customers in the store. Our customers have learned when the Bluelights are and they come in just for them.
It's called customer satisfaction,,,just give it to them
Some store in our district is always in the 300s for blue light. It really makes me wonder if they are just over riding stuff that should be wrong sign, etc.
