This fedx account has about dozen delivery directors in the last 5 years... Inside info is that this account is now loss making in real sense , some account jugglery done to show profit as it is generating revenue...revenue is there but no real profit

This is no place for good professionals. the fact that this firm is in such pathetic state even after being early entrant into outsourcing , shows the kind of 3rd rated unprofessional folks running the show here. Most accounts of one man show.
the core guys of this account cant get anywhere so to ensure their survival they keep sabotaging outsiders.
Even DD who came from outside a few years ago and diversified this failing account had to leave after being sabotaged.
The core group is now enjoying the results of good work done by him... beggars cant be choosers
Missing Agarawal, chattergies and ojhas
in this account all new managers ann DMs used as scape goats for some notorius project with very bad terms and conditions and un-reasonable client demands.
A careful observation of patter in which managers keep changing every 6 months or one year proves.
The core group ( dd jaari, sateesh kumar, sudhir, somodipto, khasim, koti, vp sanjeev, alok agarwal, toshar kharodi, ganesh ballawadi, indhrajith, kasim khan, bohari, jain etc) keep sabotaging new comers leads and managers in regular intervals.
Team members patronized by this group act like spies and keep relaying the activity (including telephone conversation) to the core group every day and get good rating, visa and promotion in return. These team member get information on any project changes first even before managers and leads.
A syndicate runs this account, so really outside cant survives.
