CA is such a great pretender, leaders talk about need to growth and innovation, but do nothing to inspire innovation nor to fund growth. They just do layoffs and reorganizations, to stay on top.

All companies have layoffs - please! Why do you work here if you do not like it. I am assuming you are technically capable and there are so many jobs out there - move on and stop complaining about layoffs at CA - it's not that bad
