Thread regarding Caterpillar Inc. layoffs

Brad Halverson should go. (Along with Oberhelman).

Brad Halverson should go. He is about as egotistical as they can get, doesn't take input, thinks because he's the boss he knows better and is smarter than everybody else. He is not a leader, he doesn't even understand what leadership is.

And Oberhelman says just wait for the markets to return, because they will ..... well, what if they don't Doug?

This leadership style, sadly, is pervasive throughout the organization! These people have no souls. To succeed, you have to become one of those types, if you do not, you get weeded out. Those a--holes are the kind of people CAT is fostering. That's why I left. Sometimes it's not worth the money what you have to endure every day.

Have to agree. Just another Cat crony who successfully turned at $65B company into a $38B company.

Cat management is a bunch of luciferian a-holes. They gangstalked my Mom until she ultimately died so they didn't have to pay her pension. She worked for these scumbags for over 30 years - at the stinking Mossville plant, too. Not surprised at how these satanists are firing good Americans to take h1B retards at a much cheaper rate. Hope they burn in hell - soon!

I agree - Oberhelman is running our company into the ground. How much longer before he either retires or 'seeks opportunity outside of Cat'? The Bucyrus deal is now viewed as a major blunder - paying billions - at a premium - just before mining tanks for the long haul. Heavily investing in coal mining even after Obama takes office - even after Obama told the world he planned to bring coal down. It is past time for another leader to try & salvage our company before it's too late.
