Class Action lawsuit

Anybody know the status of the class action lawsuit that was for unpaid overtime hour's in favor of delivery driver's i was a driver in SoCal when i received the letter..

Staples paid out $42 million for the assistant manager overtime contact action, all the while stating they did nothing wrong. It started in 2007 and didn't pay out until 2011. They still do the same thing with GMs now, staffing stores with skeleton crews so GMs pretty much have to roll up there sleeves and work alongside associates and work far past 40 hrs a week.

Sooner or later expect to see a GM class action.

I think even if Staples lost over a $100 million in associate lawsuits they would still treat employees like crap and find new ways to exploit them.

I'm sure there is a Web site. Just like the last class action lawsuit. Google it. Good luck!! And the last one took a few years, but the 10,000 certainly was nice. I followed the case on line. Very helpful.

Still in court, waiting for class certification motion. Class action suits take a long time to settle.
