REP RALLY TIME!!!

Anyone up for a Rep Rally??? I wonder how all those DDOR's are doing, I bet they will have a Hell of a time fooling any new employers on their great motivation skills. The good old boy system is gone for them along with some of the worst managerial leadership I had ever seen. Cool aid is all dried up and I only wish they would have focused on the students education vs making money. Sad for all my fellow co-workers and the student we failed and I am sure I will end up having one of those uncomfortable moments in my community meeting face to face we one of my students. For all those posting on this sight, I'm not sure what was going on at your campus, but we had a great faculty, staff and above all else the student body.

REP RALLY WAS GREAT. THE managerial tools, Mike Loftus, etc, should be working at Walmart. Lets here another dumb letter from our ALL HAND MEETINGS. What a waste of FRIGGIN time.

The DDOR'S that took over the NW District was a tool, Looked him up on LinkedIn and after a couple of his training session that he conducted were just a way to talk down to the rep force. On LinkedIn he held several jobs in the past 8 yrs and had only been with ITT for 6 month before he was terminated on the 1st round layoff. If ITT TECH would have promoted Reps To Dors and DDOR'S they would have had a real understanding of our job. After to many years as a rep ITT TECH did mea favor, happy trails

Yeah...remember Mike Loftis "just one more" from the rep rally? He was the biggest kool aid drinking true believer in Carmel. What a load of crap that was!
