Ha! We haven't heard about any layoffs in the Northern Indiana area, but maybe that is because we can't keep help here! Our pharmacists and techs are all leaving voluntarily!! Those who are staying are not only being told they are inadequate but are also now overworked! Sad really.....

CVS/pharmacy doesn't have enough help now. It is difficult to both get and keep help when you have a reputation of abusing people by overworking them and underpaying. Whether by plan or not is hard to determine, CVS drives sales down by understaffng. Sales will continue to drop until customers can be satisfied with the level of service provided by the only person in the store, unable to take breaks, lunches or go to the rest room. Take good care of your people and they will take good care of the customers, a lesson CVS apparently doesn't subscribe to.
I've always said happy employees, happy customers We get treated like CRAP! We are the bottom of the barrell and have no rights. Maybe the CEO should let go of some of his income since he makes the equivalent of 40+ pharmacists income. Largest gap between a CEO and employees currently in this Nation. We are constantly overwhelmed and most of us are looking at other options.
Amazing company that employs tens of thousands of great employees across the Nation.
It takes months to find one tech that stays long enough to male it through training. Ha layoffs
