Constitution Day announcements in online classes

I've taught for close to 12 different schools/colleges, and only at Everest Online do they require Constitution Day announcements be posted in each online class each Sept. I recall this starting in Sept 2014 (shortly after CCi stated its collapse).

Why does this matter? Why does this seems to be a non-issue at all other colleges? The management at CCi/Zenith/Whatever they call themselves tomorrow has always been screwy, but this is just goofy.

And by the way, Zenith has a policy of having no severance packages. So unlike CCi that gave employees a couple of months worth of pay and insurance benefits, Zenith will give you a swift kick in the .... on the way out the door.

The DOE has Zenith shaking in their boots when it comes to following the agreement to continue the schools. The agreement is no different than any other contract and gives the DOE the ability to shut the schools down with a snap of the fingers...just like what happened to ITT. Here today, gone tomorrow.

It is a requirement for ALL colleges accepting title IV funds. It has been in place for about 5 years now. Please get your information correct. No wonder Zenith s---s, their employees are idiots.

It was required in the agreement by the DOE upon the sale to Zenith that they must honor the Constitution Day requirement for Title IV funding. Most schools do something very minor to accommodate this requirement. I believe Zenith is going out of its way due to all the criticism they have gotten about running a school.
