I'm going to put my private loans in bankruptcy later this year. Between fraud and the exorbitant amount I have its an undue hardship.

Check with your state regulatory agency. Some states have a tuition recovery fund they may be able to use to help students who paid with non-federal student loan monies.
Don't get your hopes us.
