Is Zenith Ed Group still in business? Why doesn't anyone at the campuses answer the phones? It goes to voicemail or is rerouted to someplace in CA where no one answers the phones. Considering the lack of student population you would think the employees would be so bored that they would relish the opportunity to speak to a live person. Where can a former student make a complaint?

OP -Your campus is most likely closed, that's why you can't reach anyone. Go to www.everest.edu and you can reach someone.

Where can a former student make a complaint? LOL Get in line! I'm sorry you were duped into attending this poor excuse for a school, but there isn't anything you can do about it now. Maybe see if you qualify for loan forgiveness.
