So I filed to receive my transcripts from ITT. Now i get an email that say they have contracted with Parchment. I didn't use the link, but looked up ITT transcripts and came up with that still. I went to fill out the information and they want me to pay to get my transcripts. Anyone else come across this?

They are $10- i used it, they are legitimate, in fact i think the only way to get them right now (1/17/17). Also file a Defense to Repayment for sure (use google:

Just about all colleges require you to pay to get your official transcripts. $5.00 or so would not be unreasonable. How much did they charge?
