Delusional vision. EC & M business model is broken. There is no World Class Construction. That was a vision from the past. Other business lines may have an upside but the foundation is Energy and Chemicals, and that is crap. Jobs rolling out of Houston are sh--. Sahara still costing bucks. CPChem is a HUGE screw up that is no where near over. Let's hope that's that is the end of HO influence.

Manila as stand alone? Let us wait and see now the the price of O&G and client will no longer build facilities. Spending in North America will shift to infrastructure which will only allow domestic workers. Go and figure how you guys can get business in your own.

HOU execution is crap. So what does client service excellence look like when you have oh say maybe 100 clients or more in house. It looks like crap. Step up Sr Management. Sound bites are cheap, give us more than that. Local management is clueless. Spinks and Strange should have sh-- themselves months ago if they had a clue. But NO, such brave warriors in action. Absolute house of cards on multiple fronts. Corporate level, Seaton is on thin ice. Local execution, Spinks and Strange are in deep sh!t if anyone is keeping score.
