I know this is an old thread, but just wondering how this is working out?
Zero excitement on entering this mature market... It's low margin, and requires too much support. Additional revenues? Sure! We'll take some market share from Xerox, but will will require a lot of effort (and time). Profit out of it? Bah... Maybe a bit, but too much focus and energy for peanuts. One thing is balancing the portfolio, and another entering markets that would take the focus of key resources in bs.
