DST is in the process of outsourcing ALL development staff to a firm that specializes in that kind of work (think Wipro). Look for this to happen by Q2 of 2017. If you have ANYTHING to do with development, I would get out on your own terms before you find yourself training your replacement.
Everyone knows DST stands for "don't stay there".
This company exists for the shareholders and executives (not employees). it is meant to legally line their pockets, and your all going alone with it.

Before the first layoff DST ever did they kept saying that they had to do this to remain profitable. One news article later we learned that Tom McDonnell gave himself an eighty two percent pay increase.

Yes I heard the same thing. Its about increasing the bonuses for those in management. Profits mean bonuses.
