Thread regarding Colgate-Palmolive Co. layoffs

September layoff

You got to love rumors. So here it goes. I guess HR found out everyone knew about a Sept layoff. So I am hearing Oct and Dec. They have too many business activities occurring in September I guess. If anyone can confirm any of this or can share any information, please do.

Dear Wow,

This blog is not for hiding or revealing identity. It's about the facts and reality. It's not about who is gone or working still. It's about Arrogant Middle Management and how they abuse their powers. Sooner or Later you can join me too. We both can party together after your job gets outsourced till then you have a good time @ CP!

Still sour after all those years? You were let go years ago, thought for sure you would be over it by now. At least try and keep up on the job titles (the ones you mentioned are all old from when you were here) to hide your identity.

I hope they let go that SOB JC- director or IT. It's about time.. He should be ideally in Prison for looting

CP-IT and promoting him and his friends over and over again. Other AS is JS- Meatballs friend. who got golden parachute in retirement.. Then working for Micro strategy.. What a joke.. Kickbacks on Machine purchases, Licenses, software, vendors.. you name it.. F even scams on Breakfast food coming from JC son's football coach

who owned sandwich. place.. Violating all Code of Conduct rules.. and those idiots at Ethics line don't want to hear anything.

At CP IT.. It's WHO you know and not WHAT you know..

So many young people are leaving Colgate. Once upon a time you would see young people stay 10 or 12 years. Nowadays, it's 3 to 5 years. New employees are having a hard time with middle management. Older employees are just trying to stay afloat. Oct & Nov will most likely be the last two months we see employees work in Morristown, NJ. You can bet around that same we might see some folks let go in Piscataway. I have been at Colgate for 25 years. In that period of time I have seen the good and bad. But it seems like the bad has become worse. Middle management is on a roll with managing with respect issues in all departments with crazy justifications. Employees walk around the hallways upset or crying in a corner. I use to hear people laugh when they walk around. It's going to get worse before it gets better. Definitely sad times at Colgate Palmolive.
