Employees includes part-time employees such as adjunct faculty as well as tutors. Anybody who received regular payroll payments.

Davie campus.. We were one of the "bigger campuses" they talked about in the news.. Are we eligible? It didn't feel like we had 50+ employees. I don't want to waste my time.. Please advise...
The lawsuits were filed in Indiana where the company is headquartered in Delaware where the company is incorporated. One employee was from headquarters one employee was from California of the two initiated the action. They are seeking class-action status and will try to Encompass every campus location.
