I wish I could get out from this vicious cycle. If I don’t need the money and if weren’t for my colleagues, I would have left long time ago. Everyone is so under paid ad not appreciated at all. Horrible upper management, so demanding, always criticizing, yet they offer no guidance and no constructive feedback at all. As working with all kind of rude patients is not enough.

Agree, Sr Upper Mgmt are terrible and micro managers! Call you day and night.
