CVS management realignment took place in Western New York.
8 in my district including myself were just given waking papers. COMPANY did a wage analysis of the store level management teams and a salary cap of $15.00 an hour (+/-).
If you are over that amount by 15%or more you were told 3/12 is you last day. My pay cut was 29.8% another in my district was closer to 40%.
So a key holding associate is now expected to do their job with a cap of 24,000.00 a year.
Great for a college student but not a livable wage by any means.
