Somebody had their head in the sand if they are only seeing that letter now.
This is link to letter from Dept of Ed, sent to ITT on Aug 25. Read it for yourself. This letter was posted on Ed's blog Aug. 26, along with lots of other info.

What? These are just links to articles posted in late August, for anyone to read. Hundreds of articles were posted about ITT-Tech the past couple weeks, saying much the same thing -- although you seem to be reading something into them that is not there. Why are you linking to them now, making it sound like there is some big new expose here?
