My regular HSA contribution was deducted from my last paycheck, but has not shown up in my HSA account. Anyone else have this happen? Anyone able to get an explanation?

I contacted Cigna regarding my HSA, and they said that I would have to contact my employer about it. They have no information about HSA deposits until they get them. They also said that they have not had any termination date sent to them for our insurance, so at the moment, I am still insured.
I just contacted the benefit question email address and received the following out of office reply:

I just checked and my contribution is also missing... I wonder if the benefitquestions email is still being manned and maybe they can answer?
