Kevin Modany is Totally Responsible for the collapse of. iTTESI. He took the reigns of a company with a hugago and surplus 11 years and drove it into the ground. He didn't understand that human capital was his greatest investmennt. He should be held responsible not only criminally but financially.

Modany is totally responsible. He placed metrics above students and the classroom experience. He placed recruitment/sales above academics. So much money was wasted on remodels that could have been spent on lab equipment and other student supplies. The only number that should have been tracked was when a student successfully completed their education. If you take care of the student, then everything else is taken care of (in reference to a Ben Franklin quote).
I got fired through an EMAIL!!!!!
They didn't have enough time to set up a firing squad.

Seriously, what's KPI?
KPIs. Probably the only take-away from Modany's worthless degree from that unknown school he received his diploma from. This guy needs to be flogged in the town square.
The system was corrupt, yes, but we should have stand up to it and just left. We shouldn't have agreed to and dealth with the greedy, crappy Directors and DMs. I won't miss them AT ALL!

The system is corrupt but Modany took big advantage of it... he should go to jail and lose that big beautiful house he has... i am sick of seeing these guys get fired so good.
Maybe Rene Champagne had more intelligence and vision than Kevin "Madness" Modany ever had. Modany and his crew seemed to believe that they could sit in Carmel and micromanage every campus by watching their chosen KPIs in spreadsheets. They had no clue what was going on at campus level or, if they did, they simply didn't care.
Why wasn't Rene Champagne corrupted in this way? Did he leave because he was feeling this "pressure" you speak of? It would be great to know. Maybe some day he'll write a biography/autobiography that exposes the truth.
The investors pushed him in this direction. The Gov was giving free money, all schools took it. If you did not take it, the Street punished you. He's responsible yes, he should pay for series of mistakes he made, yes, but the system was corrupt
