No layoffs at the Bank of the Ozarks - I've been at the bank for 9 months right now and everyone is so nice and the bank is making money cannot ask for more as the economy in my city is not that well and people are struggling to find any kind of job. The bank is stable and I'm sure it'll be around for a while. So, to sum it up, no layoffs, RIFs, or furloughs
