I am a full-time employee at ITT Tech. Everyone has received their paycheck but me! It is bad enough if I have to find a new job, but now I am so worried that I will not receive my last check.

Adjunct here. Not paid yet. Thinking about what to use for proof I taught summer quarter. SO I printed a report from my gradebook -- the course "gradesheet" -- and saved it as pdf. The pdf shows todays date, the course name, my name as instructor of record. Just in case gradebook entries are no longer visible after today ..... maybe this will come in handy.

All checks will post by Tuesday - it all depends on the release date, and your bank but you will see it by Tuesday BUT it does not have OT pay, and it won't have teaching pay for admin staff who also teach. It will be your standard 80 hour paycheck over the course of two periods and your accrued vacation time.
If they file BK, PLEASE DO FILE A PROOF OF CLAIM if you have not been paid your total wages. You become a priority debt when they liquidate and get paid first.
My husband was an adjunct, he got his deposit on Friday that he wasn't supposed to get until next Friday.
This is the most miserable excuse for a college I have ever witnessed! A business wrapped up in educational clothing. ITT you should be ashamed and Modany should get his due justice... .from a tree!

Thank you for your comment and for talking with HR. It will be severely cruel if I don't get paid. I am not an adjunct, but a full time employee.
Ha, ha, engagement rates less than 90% don't get a check! Ouch! I'm out! Finally failed a couple students, too, because I won't be there next quarter to hear their whining. Stole tea bags out of the staff lounge. Let's see, didn't go to Sept. 1 inservice. Overdue on a few e-campus courses. Wrote complaint a few months ago to attorney general and ACICS, about corporate lies. Company paid me twice a few years ago for a substituting gig I did one night, and I didn't tell them.
Adjuncts who did not get paid is because of low performance. If your engagement rates were less than 90%, then you did not get a check.

Turn it into actual cash as soon as possible.
I once had a deposit get reversed when the company was dying.

Just confirmed with an HR partner. If you haven't received your deposit by now, it's because they ran out of money.

The deposits will stay pending until Tuesday when they actually process and are in your personal account. Mine has been in pending status since Friday at 9am. Checking on it won't help because nothing will process until banks open on Tuesday. I have 2 pending, one which is my regular pay and another one with 2 weeks accrued vacation and 2 days of holiday pay for Monday and Tuesday. Maybe it was a good thing that I was going to use my last 2 weeks of vacation this year over the December break....and I am glad I used all of my sick time because they won't pay out on it.

The word is that nothing was supposed to hit until Tuesday. That said, a lot of the funds were released and the best we can't tell is that everything is being processed either manually or in small batches. They are adding the two extra days and the disposing of the accrued vacation time. They likely started with all schools that processed on Thursday and worked forward. The Vaca probably has to be verified so they are taking their time. Everyone is supposedly getting this without exception. That is the last word we got. If you do stay on in some capacity then if you take time off (if they continue operating in any fashion) it will be without pay (because you already got it in a lump sum) or with whatever accrues again going forward. We were supposed to here something possibly later today via email per the CEO message and the communications from the ~5pm conf call on Friday...
Mine has been pending for 3 days. I swear if it doesn't process and deposit soon, I'm going to start screaming.
I don't have a pay check either. All my coworkers and boss got theirs but not me. Not very comforting in this situation,

Call your bank or credit union and ask if there are any pending deposits, that's what I had to do.
You will get your paycheck. Some bank won't post until Tuesday! I can guarantee you, it will be there
