Modany could maybe get adjunct accounting job. According to ITT Tech employment page, for Business Accounting Adjunct, "Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. "
Modany looks unqualified for math adjunct though, "Must have a doctorate or a master’s degree and earned 18 graduate semester (or equivalent) credit hours in math."
According to Bloomberg.com bio, "[Modany] obtained his Bachelor degree in Accounting (with additional program focus in Finance) from Robert Morris University (formerly Robert Morris College-Pittsburgh, PA) and is a Certified Public Accountant.

So why get an education? Looks like committing fraud is way to go. Please, please bring this guy to trial!!
